Cancellation by Customer
- Full Refund: Cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable
- No-shows are considered cancellations and receive no refund.
Cancellation by SydneyIcon
- If weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or safety concerns occur:
- Customers will receive a full refund or free reschedule option.
- SydneyIcon is not responsible for additional travel expenses (flights, hotels, etc.)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
