By booking with SydneyIcon, you agree to the following:
Tour & Chauffeur Services
- Tour duration includes driving, sightseeing, and breaks.
- Customers may request stops for photos or personal interests (within time limits).
- Entry fees, meals, snacks, and personal purchases are not included unless stated.
Passenger Conduct
If full payment is not received 48 hours before the tour:
- Passengers must behave safely and respectfully.
- Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will incur charges
Luggage & Capacity
- Luggage limits depend on vehicle type.
- Excess luggage must be declared during booking.
Delays & Waiting Time
- Tours start at the confirmed time.
- Extra waiting time may incur additional charges (optional, based on company policy)
Child Seating
- Child seats are available upon request (mention during booking).
Vehicle Type
SydneyIcon may upgrade or change the vehicle if needed due to:
- Safety
- Maintenance
- Availability
- Passenger numbers
