Booking Requirements
- Customers may book without any upfront payment.
- After booking, full payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Booking Confirmation
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation containing:
- Tour details
- Pickup time & location
- Vehicle type
- Driver/guide information
Amendments to Bookings
- Driver/guide informationYou may request changes (time, date, pickup point, number of passengers) subject to vehicle availability.
- SydneyIcon reserves the right to decline changes if the tour date is near or vehicles are fully booked.
