At SydneyIcon, we aim to make your booking experience simple and reliable.

Booking Requirements

  • Customers may book without any upfront payment.
  • After booking, full payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Booking Confirmation

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation containing:

  • Tour details
  • Pickup time & location
  • Vehicle type
  • Driver/guide information

Amendments to Bookings

  • Driver/guide informationYou may request changes (time, date, pickup point, number of passengers) subject to vehicle availability.
  • SydneyIcon reserves the right to decline changes if the tour date is near or vehicles are fully booked.
