Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change, so our policy is fair and transparent.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Full Refund: Cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable
  • No-shows are considered cancellations and receive no refund.

Cancellation by SydneyIcon

  • If weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or safety concerns occur:
  • Customers will receive a full refund or free reschedule option.
  • SydneyIcon is not responsible for additional travel expenses (flights, hotels, etc.)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
